For an afternoon pick me up, or a sweet and healthy after-dinner treat, place these ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
1/2 cup banana
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup lime juice (juice from freshly squeezed limes is best)
1/2 tsp. ginger, minced
1 tsp honey
3 ice cubes
