2 C garbanzo beans
1/4 C tahini
1/4 C rangpur lime juice, freshly squeezed
1-2 Tbl extra-virgin olive oil
2-3 tsp cumin powder
1-4 tsp garlic, minced
sea salt, black pepper and curry powder to taste.
Puree garbanzo beans and garlic. Work in remaining ingredients.
Serve with toasted pita triangles, multi-grain crackers, tortilla chips or raw veggies. Enjoy!
