Avocados are everywhere in Hawaii and are nutritionally exceptional fruits.
Mix together the following ingredients and spread on a piece of toasted multi-grain bread for a healthy morning treat.
2 avocados, peeled and seeded
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup green olives, halved
2 tsp. tabasco
1 Tbl cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
