Ginger-Berry Smoothie Recipe

2 cups organic frozen blueberries
1 cup organic frozen strawberries
1 apple banana or 1/2 larger banana
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tsp. ginger root, chopped
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. flaxseed (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
Serves 2.
